Disputed Claims

Proceedings regarding disputed claims are administered by the Office of the Liquidation Clerk and are adjudicated by a Referee, under the supervision of the Merrimack County Superior Court.

After the Office of the Liquidation Clerk issues a Notice of Disputed Claim, all notices and orders issued by the Office of the Liquidation Clerk are posted on this website. Such posting shall replace paper notification. Please see court order issued September 26, 2005.

The Office of the Liquidation Clerk accepts electronic filings via email at help@hicilclerk.org. The Liquidation Clerk will provide an email acknowledgement of receipt of an electronic filing.

Subscription to the Office of the Liquidation Clerk list service is strongly encouraged. By subscribing to the list service you will receive timely notification of postings to the website (Subscribe to OLC List Service).
